What is the return and exchange policy for bulk orders?
You can only initiate a request for exchange in case a wrong product is delivered, like size, color or other issues.
We have designed our returns and exchange policy so that our you can benefit from it.
It helps establish as a trustworthy and reputed seller in the customer network.
We verify return requests very closely and take a strict action against any fraud or non-genuine return cases.
Do you ship outside India?
No, Sorry. Currently, we do not ship outside of India.
What happens if a customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery?
In this case, when an end customer doesn't accept the order, the order gets cancelled and returned back to the supplier.
What is the duration of the shipment?
The shipment duration varies depending on the product you have ordered for. If you have ordered for a domestic product, it will be shipped within 2-3 working days and will be delivered within 4-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In the case of international product, it may take up to 10-15 working days to ship the product and will be delivered within next 4-5 working days.
Can I specify or change the delivery date?
No, you cannot change the shipment time or get it delivered on a certain date.
Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?
No, you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. In such a case, you can deny the order at the time of delivery.
Will I be charged if I cancel an order?
No, you will not be charged if you cancel an order.
How do I make a payment using COD?
Currently, we do not have cash on delivery option.
How do I make an online payment?
Here’s how you can make online payment:
Add a product to your cart
Go to the Cart section
Here, you’ll see list of payment options
Select 'Online' as the payment mode
Enter Shipping and Sender’s address
Enter the final customer amount and click on 'PAY NOW'
Select an online payment option and pay!
Can I block an order and make payment later?
No, you cannot block an order and make payment later.
What happens if I make the payment, but the product is out of stock?
This doesn't happen generally, but if this scenario occurs, we will refund the amount whitin 3-5 working days.

How do you ensure the safety of parcels when it is in transit?
The safety of parcels in every stage has been ensured. At every hub, thermal scanners have been installed. Our delivery partners take adequate safety measures such as disinfecting surroundings, maintaining a safe distance, use of masks, gloves etc. However, it is always recommended to wash hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer to clean your hands after receiving any parcel.
How will the delivery happen at hotspots identified in each district?
As long as any area is identified as a hotspot or red zone, the entry and exit at those areas will be prohibited. The same will be applicable for SABKE LIYE EK deliveries. Until the area is marked as safe to enter, we will be unable to deliver products apart from the digital ones.
What measures are you taking to confirm the safety of delivery executives?
Thermal scanners are installed in all our delivery hubs
Regular training on do’s and don’t are given to the delivery staff.
Any staff even with the slightest symptom such as minimal fever or cough are refrained from coming to work.
Adequate safety measures such as wearing gloves, masks, use of sanitizers, disinfectants are made mandatory for all the delivery executives.
